- After your access is granted, return to these instructions to continue.
1) Enter your email and password and select Sign in.
2) Select My Support.
3) Select Open a New Case.
4) Fill in the template and select the options below:
- Account: Select the applicable option or review KA-01278.
- Category: Select Transmission & Resource Integration and Planning
- Type: Select Generation Interconnection/Interconnection Queue
- Customer Reference: use at your discretion as an internal reference
- Project #: If you do not have a MISO project number, enter the Common Name of the unit.
- Title: Enter Legacy IA to Proforma GIA Request
- Description: Enter a brief description of your request including a list of all unit(s) at the generating facility to be captured under the GIA. Also include a list of all CP nodes associated with generating facility. If a single generating facility will be split into multiple GIAs, please describe the arrangement here.
When finished, click Submit.
5) Next you will need to upload your attachments (Add files) and then click Submit.
Required Documents:
- Resource Information Sheet (Attached to email you received)
- Legacy Interconnection Agreement (IA)
a. If a Legacy IA does not exist, include one of the following documents:
i. Assignment of Generator Interconnection Operating Agreement
ii. MAPP (Mid-Continent Area Power Pool) Study Report - IRS Form W-9 (Attached to email)
- Proof of Payment (Wiring Instructions Attached to email)
a. Amount Due: $10,000 - Cash Only
b. Enter the information below in the memo/reference field
i. Proforma and
i.i. Your Asset Owner or Market Participant Legal Name - Site Map

- Universal NDA Appendix A (Attached to email)
