The following steps need to be completed before customer service can be provisioned.
1) The correct service agreement(s) must be completed and signed.
a. Attachment F: Network Integration Transmission Service
b. Attachment G: Network Operating Agreement for Network Service
c. Attachment B: Non-Firm Point-to-Point
d. Attachment A: Short-Term Firm Point-to-Point
e. Attachment A-1: Long-Term Firm Point-to-Point
f. Attachment A-2: Resale, Reassignment or Transfer of Point-to-Point Transmission
i. Note: if there is already an A-2 service agreement on file, only Exhibit 1 is needed for each new long-term point-to-point resale, reassignment, or transfer.
2) Submit the Service Agreement to TransmissionServices@misoenergy.org
3) After the service agreement(s) have been executed, OASIS access will be granted to submit a transmission service request.
a. Submit a NITS Application
b. Add/Modify a NITS Load
c. Add/Terminate NITS DNR
d. Transfer a Load
