Appendix G Agency Agreement is used for Non-Transferred Transmission Facilities which are transmission facilities that have not been transferred over to MISO’s functional control. However, the Transmission Owner and MISO have entered into an Agency Agreement whereby MISO can offer transmission service across those facilities. In exchange, the Transmission Owner can include these Non-Transferred Transmission Facilities in Attachment O for rate recovery. These Non-Transferred Transmission Facilities are 100kV and below.
