Required load forecast data is not required to be coincident to MISO system peaks. Load forecast data is submitted for the upcoming 10 planning years on an Asset Owner/LBA basis representing the monthly forecasted peak load amount for the two approaching planning years, and seasonally on a Summer/Winter figure for the remaining 8 years. These values must include transmission losses. Data is entered on the Module E Capacity Tracking tool (MECT) page found at Forecast>Non-Coincident Peak. Please note that forecast data can not be submitted for review until MPs attach supporting documentation detailing their Coincident Peak forecast methodology.
